1. How do I book a stay on BookBNBStay?

Booking is simple and seamless. Browse our curated properties by destination or type, select your travel dates, and click “Book Now.” You will receive an instant confirmation email with all details, directions, and host contact information. For group bookings or special requests, reach our reservations team directly at bookbnbstay@gmail.com.

Yes — every single one. Each property on our platform is personally visited and rigorously vetted by our curation team against 50+ quality parameters, including cleanliness, safety, amenity accuracy, and host hospitality. We reject approximately 90% of applications to maintain the premium standard our guests expect. If it is on our platform, we have stayed there ourselves.
We understand plans change. Our standard policy offers:
  • Full refund — if cancelled 72+ hours before check-in
  • 50% refund — if cancelled 24–72 hours before check-in
  • No refund — if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in
Some premium properties may have stricter policies, which are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. We also offer a “Flexible Booking” add-on for complete peace of mind.
